Very interesting. I was thinking about playing with a replication of the Hammer Nutrition energy bars. Similar recipe--Hammer uses almond butter, bio sprouts, date paste and brown rice protein. I had not worked out how to process it all yet, nor the ratios. This gives me a good start.
