tomorrow night at Kimball Memorial Lutheran Church in Kannapolis. Get 
out ahead of that holiday slide!  December 18 6:30 PM (enter in back of 
church) Note: Bring your own trainer, or borrow one for the evening... 
Group spinning is way more fun that going it solo...
