[C4 Rides] New LSD Route and Longer Distance for Week 4

After 3 weeks at 36 miles for our LSD (Long Slow Distance) Ride Series, 
we are kicking it up to just over 46 miles.  Check out the LSD Ride map 
and route sheet here.

use this route for the June 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd dates.  Remember 
these rides are at a pace as low as 10 mph average and are meant to be 
relaxing, and conversational.  Come on out and join Steve Mosier and the 
guys.
