[C4 Rides] Blue Ridge ride and dine

[TRBike]

Hello all, I’ve not come out of hibernation but am getting away this
weekend, just to get away.  Anywhere on the Blue Ridge for some riding and
am looking for any recommendations of a nice place/lodge/rustic 
  to stay 

for good dining 
 atmosphere 
 clean/comfort.  Any recommendations?  Maybe
up to 3 to 3 ½ hour drive.  Looking for lots of ideas!
