[C4 Rides] C4 First official loop session tonight

Hey folks!  The weather looks to be pretty good for the first loop session of the winter.  We'll start at 6:00 and go till we get dizzy!  Generally, most folks park near the NCRC Parking Deck.  As you arrive, just start doing loops in the area in front of the main buildings and the new police station (assuming the road is open).  I'll be riding up from my house and may not be there until about 6:10 or so.

There are a few others who will probably be riding and will be there before me.  Just remember that you DEFINITELY need front and rear lights; and a helmet.
