That works for me. I will just need to be back at the research center by 8:45-9:00 so I can make it to church.

I'm also open for mountain biking at 2:00 on Sunday.

However, every year at about this time, the participation in that ride falls off or goes to non-existent. Until last year, we really had no official or unofficial Sunday alternative. However, last year there were a few of us who did a regular Sunday morning ride leaving from downtown Kannapolis and doing about 2 to 2.5 hours. I'd particularly like to hear from the regular Flowe riders to know if you'd like to do this again this year. Also from anyone else that would like to join in. There is often an A group that leaves at the same time that goes further and faster but they usually let us ride their wheels for about the first 10 miles until we hit the hills and slow to a true B pace!

(I'm still feeling the effects of being side-swiped on Memorial day so I won't make the Flowe on Sunday. I do plan to ride Tuesday though...)
