They can salmon and the place them in these long cookers about fifty feet long they fill the cookers with water then cook the cans after cooking they are removed and cooked for 24 hours then checked that they are vacuum sealed

The important business of the salmon eggs is watched over by Japanese who are sent here to be sure of quality as this a Japanese market 
Linda said there are five grades of the eggs they are placed in one kilo bags the placed in plastic boxes

Linda said that the top grade of eggs sells in Japan for 500 dollars a kilo

They got creative on the wall going upstairs

There are troughs in the floor with covers all the parts that are thrown away are washed in these troughs to the next building where it is pressed to remove the oil,salmon oil being the best then what is left goes to a drum that crushes it and
dries it into a meal consistancy this is placed in the huge bags like you see here it is used for animal feed like dog treats
