[C4 Rides] 4/23 Monday Family Ride Cancellation

Hey Folks, we are going to go ahead and cancel the Family ride for 
4/23.  We just found out that Concord is closing down Spring Street for 
several days for construction on our route and it is supposed to be 57 
degrees and 15 mph winds.  Pretty chilly for the kids to come out.  So 
we will see you all next week!
