That's right. The indoor pain is over. A huge thanks to Casey, Brad, Theresa, and Altitude Bikes for letting us use their facilities over the winter. 

If your trainer is still in the building, just swing by there or contact Casey to arrange a time to pick it up. 

I hope you found the trainer sessions useful and challenging. We'll do it again next winter.
