When I left Crazy Larry's it was chilly so I went to the outfitters shops to look at windbreakers but they only had North Face and OR both high dollar brands so I decided it wasn't that chilly after all I said good by to Damascus and got on the Virginia Creeper Trail. I have som pictures of the trail. It is an old RR bed so it dosen't have steep grades, yeah!
One can bring your own bike and pay for shuttle up a ways or rent a bike from many companies that also shuttle you. I went before and parked in Damascus and rode my bike up the grade then returned back the trail to my car. 
Today I rode about 11 miles then took a gravel road back to 58 highway and continued my ride

The climbing was not to difficult today with recovery distance between. So I had a good day on the bike. Every day on the bike is good it's just that some days are gooder. Today was a gooder day.
