[C4 Rides] Sunday FLOWE Ride status

I'm like Joey: I would participate when I could if Sunday PM Flowe were 
ongoing, but between vacation, days when the temperature is just too 
hot, and church commitments, I probably wouldn't make it more than a 
couple of times over the summer.
